She had many questions in her mind and she also wondered about the word soof. She really wnat' s to know the meaning to that word because she hears her mom say this word every time and that's when Heildi started thinking about this word. She also tried to speak to her mom and try to convince her to tell us what that word-soof means but she won't and Heildi was really mad at this and she wondered what she will do to et the meaning of that word. After 5 or 8 day's Heildi It who she thinks her mom name is So B. It, but it's really not, decide to go to Liberty. She ask Brenadettte permission but unfortunely sge refused. Heidi said you can come with me to Hilltop but Bernie said " I have angora phobia".Heildi ask " What's That"? Then, Brenadette said, well angora phobia is a disease that when you go outside you sudennly feel that something going to go wrong and you feel scared. Brenie also said, Well you know Heildi, we still have to take care oh your mom. Well Heildi added, you can take care of my mom until I come back. Then Bernie lastly said, well you are not going along,no matter what so you are staying home and taking care of your mom because you know she is mental retarded and she get's a lot of headaches. The n ext day Heildi left a note and headed off to Liberty to find more information about her grandma and mom. She also promise that she will call Bernie each different stations she arrives at and that's what was said in the note as well as going to Liberty.She had a great adventure on her way to Liberty. When, she was at Liberty she was finally at Hilltop and she thought it looked like a nursery home. So she went inside which looked like a nursery home, and she went into a big office and there she saw Mr. Hill. She showed Mr. Hill that he doesn't know anyone of Heildi family in this pictures and then she said to Mr. Hill that " Do you know the definition of the word soof" Then Mr. Hill said " No" but he also said " There is a boy, that say's that word but he never tells the meaning. Heildi yelled, " Ooh" After a while of days Heildi found out the final information about his parent's and her Grandma.
The Author portray the disability in many ways. Well, I would say there were many differences in the book then the research notes of the disability. It didn't give me that much notes in the book for my disability I studied which was mental retardation then it gave me when I was researching on my topic.It was all different information because I had many resources to choose from, so every resource had different information provided for me on the topic- Mental Retardation. I think the author did a excellent job in making this book, because I really enjoyed it throughout the story and there were some great character's I have sure adventured. I would recommend this book to people who have any member's in their family who is mental retarded, and someone who is really interested reading this book can read it. I would say the audience of this book could be anyone if he/ she knows oh have heard of have learned more about this book.
